• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.

• Utilize HR tools and software, such as BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse, to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
