As a Caregiver at Passion Care Centre, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences. You will assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring that each client receives the highest standard of care. Beyond physical assistance, you will also provide emotional support, engage in meaningful conversations, and offer companionship to help clients feel valued and connected.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Offer emotional companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and report on clients' health and well-being, documenting changes and communicating them to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients, addressing any safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new care techniques.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere within the care home.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or caregiving role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with using care management software, such as CarePlus or similar systems.
• Valid certification in basic life support (BLS) or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move clients as needed.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients with varying needs and abilities.
