📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement performance management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Create and maintain performance management systems using tools like OKRs and KPIs.
• Facilitate 360-degree feedback sessions to gather comprehensive input from employees, managers, and peers.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and coach managers on performance management best practices.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure performance management processes are integrated with overall HR strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management or a similar role.
• Certification in performance management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using performance management tools like OKRs, KPIs, and 360-degree feedback systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
