• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

• Assist guests with their luggage and ensure their rooms are stocked with essential amenities.
• Work closely with the concierge and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality setting, preferably in a butler or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
