📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and offboarding.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and policy enforcement.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Utilize HRIS (like BambooHR or Workday) to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent development and employee relations.
• Proven expertise in HRIS (like BambooHR or Workday) and other HR software.
• Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
