Logistics Coordinator - Warehouse & Distribution Operations

Multi Frozen Food Mart Corp is expanding its logistics team in Badung, Bali, and we’re looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring that our products are efficiently managed from storage to delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth of a leading food distribution company.

In this role, you will work closely with our warehouse staff, suppliers, and delivery partners to optimize inventory management, streamline order processing, and enhance overall operational efficiency. You’ll use tools like SAP ERP and WMS to manage inventory, track shipments, and coordinate with our logistics partners. With your expertise, we aim to reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels using SAP ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline order processing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and delivery accuracy.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of product integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse operations and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and distribution logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related process improvement methodology is a plus.
