📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
• Support the finance team in financial analysis and investment decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a venture capital or similar environment.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is a plus.
