Operator ETP-WTP

VVF INDONESIA is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Operator ETP-WTP (Effluent Treatment Plant & Water Treatment Plant) to join our manufacturing facility in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our environmental and utility operations, ensuring our facilities run efficiently and sustainably. With a strong focus on safety, you'll manage and maintain our ETP-WTP systems, including monitoring and controlling water and effluent treatment processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain ETP-WTP systems, including monitoring and controlling water and effluent treatment processes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of ETP-WTP equipment.
• Monitor and record operational data to ensure efficient and effective treatment processes.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address environmental and utility challenges.
• Train and mentor junior staff on ETP-WTP operations and safety procedures.
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of environmental and utility performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ETP-WTP operations.
• Certification in ETP-WTP operations or related field (e.g., ISO 14001, NEMA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining ETP-WTP equipment and software (e.g., SCADA systems, HMI software).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
