Accounts Executive - Finance & Project Accounting Specialist

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You’ll work closely with project managers, accountants, and other stakeholders to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for financial improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial close, including month-end and year-end processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
• Provide financial support to the marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
