Hokian Wati Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality culinary training to our staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to excellence in the kitchen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver comprehensive culinary training programs to staff members.,Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Mentor and guide junior staff members to improve their culinary skills.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Collaborate with the restaurant management to improve overall kitchen operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a culinary instructor or tutor.,Proven track record of successfully training and developing culinary staff.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Certification in food handling and safety is a plus.
