📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
  • Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.
  • Drive sales performance and meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to achieve company goals.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
