📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases.,Manage inventory levels and restocking.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Promote products and special offers to increase sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with retail software and hardware.,Proven track record of customer service excellence.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
