📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage project planning activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.,Oversee the implementation of project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.,Provide guidance and support to junior project planners and team members.,Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and management, with a strong background in PMO.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.,Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
