In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
