📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret Mandarin for meetings, documents, and other communication materials.
• Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations of technical and non-technical documents.
• Facilitate real-time interpretation during meetings and conferences.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet translation and interpretation deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data security protocols.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and interpretation.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation and interpretation processes.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
• Proven experience as a translator and interpreter, preferably in a professional or business setting.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Mandarin translation or interpretation (e.g., CTI, ATA, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
