📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company policies and initiatives.,Participate in regular quality assurance checks and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
