📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth material flow.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory control and material handling.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
