📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical content.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Support the technical writing team in meeting project deadlines and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
