📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Implement and monitor quality standards and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure they are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of managing and developing a team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with quality standards and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
