📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support the recruitment team in maintaining a database of potential candidates.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
