Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Manage production schedules and coordinate with the Production Manager.,Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior operators to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor production equipment and perform routine maintenance.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Operator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.,Familiarity with production equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Valid safety certification and compliance with industry standards.,Proficient in using computer systems and software for production tracking.,Willingness to travel and work in different shifts as required.
