📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in creating and executing pastry recipes.,Ensure high-quality standards in all pastry products.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.,Passionate about creating high-quality pastries.
