📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are accurately communicated and executed.,Assist in setting up and managing the event venue, including arranging tables, chairs, and other equipment.,Oversee the food and beverage service during the event, ensuring that all guests are well taken care of.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary items and services are delivered on time.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event evaluation to ensure that everything is in order and to identify areas for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Maintain accurate records of event activities and guest information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event planning or hospitality.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
