📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Host live streams from our retail locations, showcasing our products and interacting with customers in real-time.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that drive product visibility and sales.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and campaigns.
Engage with our customer base through social media, responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty.
Attend and participate in in-store events and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Assist in the development of training materials and resources for our retail staff on digital marketing and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
Familiarity with live streaming platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and performance data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with our customer base.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for retail and digital marketing.
Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
