📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales activities.,Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and other business documents to stakeholders.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development strategies.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Fluency in English is a plus.
