📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waiter in managing the dining area and ensuring a smooth flow of service.,Take orders from customers and deliver them accurately to the kitchen.,Ensure that the dining area is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation of food and drinks when necessary.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer orders.,Promote the café's menu and special offers to customers.,Work as part of a team to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
