📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights that drive business decisions
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to improve our business performance
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize our data and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and technologies to ensure we are using the best practices
  • Conduct data quality checks and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data
  • Provide training and support to junior data analysts and other team members as needed
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support our business goals

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, Python, and Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar is a plus
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus
