Tanggung Jawab:

  • Operating and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Monitoring and adjusting machinery settings to optimize production efficiency.
  • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure machinery longevity.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Documenting machinery performance and maintenance activities.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
  • Proven track record of operating and maintaining machinery efficiently.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
  • Valid certification in machinery operation and maintenance (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using relevant machinery software and tools.
