📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership, training, and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed.,Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the outlet is maintained to a high standard.,Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing outlets and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
