📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the store budget and report on financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
