📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Install and configure fiber optic equipment, including splicers, OTDRs, and patch panels.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and equipment status using digital tools.
• Provide technical support to field teams and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiber optic site installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and GIS software for network planning and design.
• Certification in fiber optic installation and maintenance (e.g., FCI, CCIE, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
