📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior audit staff.,Participating in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest audit techniques and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal audit or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
