📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Track and manage outstanding receivables using Salesforce and Excel
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to recover overdue payments
• Engage in direct communication with clients and partners to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
• Monitor and report on collection performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit collection or a related role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
