📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in Bali.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and tourism operators.
• Manage and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our brand's vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in Bali's tourism sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Leverage Salesforce and Google Workspace to manage client interactions, track project progress, and collaborate with team members.
• Present project proposals and reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, or a similar role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
